WARBOARDS offers
a 30-day money back guarantee on all retail purchases through our website.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the complete product in it's
original packaging within 30 days for a full refund; minus shipping costs. Products
returned for refund must be in like new condition and include all packaged items.

for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping the product.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned merchandise before determining refund
status and all refunds are completely at our sole discretion.
Orders
WARBOARDS accepts pre-orders on new products being offered as a method for fulfilling
orders in a timely manner. When available, pre-ordering will ensure that you are
among the first to receive your boards. Payment in full is required when placing
all orders.
Payment
We use PayPal for all purchases and an account with PayPal is
not required to purchase items on our website. When you select "Add to Cart" item
is placed into a PayPal shopping cart for payment processing. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and eChecks. Your credit card information
is handled directly with PayPal during the checkout process to ensure the
security
of your financial information.
Shipping
Shipping will provided either from either the United States Postal Service (USPS)
or United Parcel Service (UPS).
Returns
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required and must be obtained
by email before any product will be accepted for return. Product must be in new
condition. All electronics will be tested to ensure that they function properly.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and no refunds will be issued after 30 days from
the date on the original invoice.
Privacy
WARBOARDS will never distribute your personal information without consent. The information
you provide is voluntary and will only be used to support your order.
Limited
Lifetime Warranty
Please consult your marker manufacturer’s warranty information, provisions, and
recommendations before installing this board. We guarantee our boards to work and
be free from any manufacturing defects provided
you have correctly installed the board into the appropriate marker for which it
was intended. All products returned
for warranty repair or replacement must have an RMA number and prepaid return shipping.
We cannot warranty board operation if any modifications to the electronics
have been made to the original manufactured marker.
